Hannah Byrne Mohapatra, MS, RDN

Hannah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in the New Jersey area. She received her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Michigan State University and completed her master’s degree in dietetics and dietetic internship at D’Youville College. 


 In her early career, she worked in a clinical setting where she was exposed to a wide range of conditions. She then transitioned to private practice where she found her calling in working with individuals to meet their individualized goals. Seeing the progress her clients make brings her the greatest joy. On the weekends, Hannah can be found spending time with friends and family, her dog Finnegan, running, and reading.

meet Erin Driscoll, RDN

My name is Erin Driscoll. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based out of Upstate NY. A little about me, I completed my Bachelors of Science in Dietetics at the University of Delaware and also completed a minor in Health and Wellness. I then went on to a Dietetic Internship at Syracuse University. I have lived in Delaware, New Jersey and New York practicing in a variety of nutrition fields! I have experience in long term care as well as acute care, rehabilitation and dialysis. I was also a competitive figure skater growing up and continued this journey throughout college. I believe “all foods fit” and nutrition is not a one size fits all approach. Let’s work together to come up with an individualized program to help you to improve your health and maintain your wellness goals!

Lauren Constantine, RDN

Hi All! My name is Lauren Constantine and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based out of Metro Detroit, Michigan. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Western Michigan University. After college, I went onto Michigan State University to complete my Dietetic Internship. I have a wide range of experience including, but not limited to, diabetes education, bariatric nutrition counseling, long term care nutrition and nutrition coaching - creating individualized plans to meet one’s goals or health needs. In my free time I enjoy cooking, golfing, reading and cuddling my French Bulldog, Odie. My favorite food is all food (but if i had to choose one it would be either sushi or anything Italian). I believe that nutrition is not a one stop shop and needs to be specific to an individuals needs, tweaked and tailored to how their body responds! I am thrilled to meet you, and support you along your health and wellness journey.
